true that brother! its always satisfying to be able to put up a new personal best! my new objective is to eat more green vegetables throughout the day along with my meals, up to seven servings a day!

thats awesome brother! still killing the weights as always and trying to challenge myself for improvements! i recently did a personal best of 11 reps with 500 lbs on deadlift!

hell yea big man, thats the way to do it! keep up the great work! as far as the belt goes, unless you're doing max lifts i wouldn't worry about it cuz you don't want to compromise that core strength!

hell yea brother! i agree, 200 is definitely a good goal thats very attainable in the near future! just requires a little more of the good foods! operation beast mode!
