Haha, usually what happens is just when you're in the top #100, a bunch of people will rate you 1 till you're like... #2000 :S They do it to me all the time.

They just implant one stud. The tissue heals all around it, and prevents it from moving out. It's called a dermal anchor piercing. If you wanna look it up

Yea, that's why I took mine out, before they COULD surface and leave a scar. I'm getting them re-done permanently so they can't surface
