You sure do! Seeing a physio early on usually speeds up the recovery time. I learnt that the hard way after my most recent knee knock!
I'm guessing you know a good one given how often you'd need it?

cross one leg over the other with your ankle resting on the knee of the opposite leg. Gently press down on the inside of the knee and slowly lean forward until you feel a mild stretch in the hips.
